Buying Land Online? Wondering if We're Legit?

Totally get it—this is the #1 question we get! Here’s how you can trust us:

  • We’re a legit business – Providence Plots LLC is licensed in Arizona.
  • We do our homework – Every property goes through a full due diligence check and title search to make sure it has a clear title and is a desirable plot of land. We’re happy to share that with you!
  • Proof of ownership – We have copies of the deeds showing Providence Plots, LLC owns the land, and we can send them your way.

When you make the downpayment using the link for your desired property, that will trigger us to draft the following for your review:


1) Purchase & Sale Agreement - Specifies the details of our agreement

2) Promissory Note - Details the payment terms (pay X for Y months)

3) Land Sale Contract - Document requiring me to deed the property to you at the fulfillment of #2


When you've reviewed and confirmed all of your information is correct, we'll both sign it and set you up with the payment plan (you will be able to pick the day you'd like the payments made each month).

Once you’ve completed all payments, we’ll draw up the deed to transfer the property into your name and file it with the county recorder to make it official. Easy and hassle-free! 


 

What if I Can’t Keep Up with Monthly Payments?

No worries! If you let us know that you can’t continue making payments, we’ll cancel the contract and promissory note—no further obligation on your end. The property will simply become available for someone else.


If you’re facing a temporary setback and want to keep the property, reach out! We’re happy to work with you when possible.
