Your privacy matters to me, and I want to be transparent in how I handle your information. Simply put—I don’t share your data with anyone. No external marketing lists, no third-party promotions. Just direct communication between us.

Here’s how I’ll reach out:

• When you first share your phone and/or email, I’ll touch base with you several times over the next week or two. I'll assume you are actively looking for land, and I want to help you find the right fit for you & your needs.
• If I don't hear from you during the first week or two, I’ll move you to my “Deal of the Week” email, which goes out at the end of each week. These deals change weekly and often include first dibs on new properties, special pricing, or even super low (sometime no!) down payments—so it’s worth keeping an eye on, if you're serious about picking up a plot of land!
• Beyond that, I’ll touch base with you personally every couple of months to see where you’re at and if I can help in any way. If you'd prefer this be at a different frequency, just say so! I want to keep up with your goals & timing so I can best support you. 

That’s it! No spam, no excessive messaging—just real opportunities sent your way. If you ever have questions or want to chat about land, I’m here to help. Hopefully, that sounds straightforward enough. For those of you that only read the bold text to get straight to the heart of it (I'm really calling myself out here!) - we will NOT share your data outside of  Providence Plots for third party marketing or promotional purposes.
